Refund Policy

Effective date: October 3, 2025

1. Returns & Eligibility

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery if Products are unused, in original packaging, and in resalable condition. Items damaged due to customer misuse are not eligible.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Certain goods are exempt, such as:

  • Perishable or consumable goods.
  • Custom or personalized items.
  • Gift cards and downloadable digital products.

3. Return Process

To start a return, please email sales@tacbolt.com with your order number and reason. Approved returns must be shipped back to the address we provide. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

4. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.

5. Exchanges

If you received a defective or wrong item, we will replace it free of charge. Contact us immediately with proof of issue.
